How Your Funds Work

Your trading money stays in your own Deriv account. Here is what Tradion can and cannot do with it.

Last updated October 28, 2026

Tradion does not hold or process your trading funds. Your money stays in your own Deriv account, and deposits and withdrawals are handled directly through Deriv.

Your money stays with Deriv

Tradion is a software provider, not a broker. Your trading balance is held by Deriv, in your Deriv account. You deposit and withdraw directly with Deriv, never through Tradion, and Tradion never receives your trading money.

Every contract a bot places is a Deriv contract in your own account. Deriv settles it, so wins are paid into your Deriv balance and losses come out of it.

What Tradion can and can't do

When you choose Connect Deriv, you approve access on Deriv's own authorization page. Tradion never sees your Deriv password.

When a bot trades

A bot never trades just because you opened it. In the Bot Portal:

  1. Start Engine only monitors the market. It never places a trade.
  2. When the market qualifies, you get a signal on Telegram with a limited trading window.
  3. The bot trades only after you press Run Bot and confirm, and only within the stake, take profit and stop loss you set.

Bots trade options, so the money they use must be in your Deriv Options wallet. Move funds into it inside your Deriv account first.

Paying for a bot is separate

A bot licence is a one-time payment to Tradion, in USDT (TRC20) or Bitcoin, made in your Tradion dashboard (see bots and prices). That pays for the software only. It is not a deposit, and Tradion never trades with it.

Tradion will never ask you to send trading money to us, to "top up" through support, or to pay anyone to unlock a withdrawal. If someone asks you for that in Tradion's name, it isn't us.
